How is your site laid out?

A picture of myself

I would like to think that the layout is pretty simple - however, I would go into some detail on what composes the site itself. All of the content, and links are created with a database. This one database is located on my main site, but accessible by me. Even if someone managed to hack into the site, and read the code - they would not find the confidential information such as user names, and passwords. Even if they did, and managed to do something in the means of damage, the user name and password is not a master set. It allows only to the site's database, and only read access. If I should assume that my information has been compromised, than I would be more than able to change the information that is required. If so, it would only mean to change one file.

Most of the site is defined by a template. This template is what builds as you would see as the page. Once my birthday comes, a formulaic code would notice that I would be one year older. I would not have to scour my site for my age and change it. A calculation would do that for me. This calculation is also used for regards to my websumes.

If you would view the source code, you would find it is all one line of code that makes the page. I do this to remove white space, and therefore allow the page to load faster. Since one file creates all of the information that is needed, than the layout code is always the same. The only difference is what comes from the database. Therefore, once you get used to the page, you would be able to navigate any page. Eventually, there would be a special site just for terms that may be unknown to some. Therefore, you would eventually see a little (T) next to words that you may not know the term form, or a (C) for something that maybe copywritten by someone else. One example would be a medical condition called collapsed arches(T) which is what I suffer from. If there is a link to the term, than you would have a better understanding of the content you are reading.
